3. Counter Notification

3.2. To file a Counter Notification, please include the following information:

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers

4.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our website or services for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
